Originally from New York City, Tracey is now based in Los Angeles as a Partner in Midnight Beacon. Tracey coordinates & produces projects from initial inception, throughout the development stages and into production — most recently ‘PRINCESS LOVE’ (2023) starring ERIC ROBERTS and ‘ABUSE’ (2024), a MIDNIGHT BEACON Production. Tracey brings to her role more than 25 years of experience in the New York advertising, marketing, and entertainment industry — a career that embraces corporate communications, event management and business development. As VP of Global Creative Services, she managed the global creative process for the FCB network, encompassing 120 offices and 8,000+ employees, while working closely with the Global Chief Creative Officer, Corporate Communications, New Business, and senior executives worldwide. She is currently collaborating with writer/director/actor ANOUAR SMAINE to produce the screen adaptation of the 2020 novel THE POWDER MONKEY OF ALGIERS written by DAN DOUGLASS.

An Oxford graduate, Dan has a thirty-year career in advertising behind him, during which he established his own independent agency, and helmed creative departments within both FCB and McCANN. He left the agency world to develop numerous screenplays and works of fiction. Now a full-time screenwriter and novelist, Dan loves exploring universal themes and fiction that create friction and that resonate with diverse audiences. Recent projects span the Algerian War of Independence, the manned moonshots, homelessness and 60’s London gangland. Dan’s most recent works include STUFF (2016), THE NEARLY MAN (2017), THE POWDER MONKEY OF ALGIERS (2020), THE ROAD TO TARASCON (2021) and UPTOWN NORMAL (2024). Recently he‘s produced ‘PRINCESS LOVE’ (2023) starring ERIC ROBERTS and has written and produced a short — ‘ABUSE’ (2024). He is currently collaborating on the screen adaptation of his 2020 novel THE POWDER MONKEY OF ALGIERS with writer/director/actor ANOUAR SMAINE.

Ivan started his Film and TV career as Studio Runner at Elstree Studios and ATV as Floor Manager, working on a broad range of productions from THE MUPPET SHOW to CROSSROADS. He went into Production Management with NOEL GAY TELEVISION and BSKYB entertainment — following which he joined ABSOLUTELY as Head of Production, overseeing their range of output for the launch of CHANNEL FIVE. Moving to OPEN MIKE PRODUCTIONS, Ivan worked on output dedicated to Channel 4 and VVL live comedy videos for the likes of JACK DEE, LEE EVANS, PETER KAY and THE COMEDY STORE. In 2001, Ivan left U.K. shores for the beautiful island of Samui in the Gulf of Thailand where he set up home and established a Marine Tour/5 star Dive Centre, 100 Degrees East, which continues to thrive. Ivan returned permanently to the U.K. in 2021 to pick up where he left off, helping advance and develop the portfolio of Film and TV projects for Midnight Beacon.

While traveling the globe and obsessing over the perfect movie trailer, Naj has been staying immersed in both pop and counter-cultural trends and becoming a connoisseur of visual aesthetic.  Starting off as a Graphic Designer, then moving into Art Director, Media Producer, and Chief of Staff roles, Naj has established a reputation for working high-speed and low-drag under high pressure situations, as well as his integrated and diverse skillsets.  After winning campaigns with the largest Global Ad Agencies, Media Companies, and boutique shops for 20+ years, he has now aligned his talents with his passion for Music, Film and TV, working with Indie Artists and Emmy Award Winning Producers alike. As a Producer, Editor, Photographer, Designer, and Consultant, Naj is enthusiastic to be on the Midnight Beacon team and looks forward to creating a better world through media.

Anouar Smaine is a multi-award winning filmmaker who grew up in the United States and has lived in Europe and Africa. He has written, directed, and produced movies across a wide variety of genres and themes - including ‘Axis of Evil’, ‘Sharia’, and ‘Battle Fields’ - all of which have screened worldwide and earned him Best Director and Best Screenplay Awards. For the past 10 years, Anouar has been directing dubbing of Netflix, Disney, and Marvel films and television shows. In the VO world, Anouar has been privileged to work on Academy Award nominated films ‘The Life Ahead’, featuring legendary Italian actress Sofia Loren, and ‘I lost my body’, starring international actor, Dev Patel. Anouar has just wrapped directing Choctaw Native American actors in the hit Series ECHO for Marvel Studios, and is currently developing two feature film projects with Midnight Beacon. A passionate director and storyteller, Anouar’s multi-cultural background, his extensive traveling, his natural ability to truly see people and connect with them on a human level, put him in a unique position to tell thought-provoking stories that examine and celebrate the human condition and spirit globally.
